Our Company

De Roy Vlees is a family business that was founded in 1954 by Filemon De Roy. In 1989 the second generation ordered the construction of a new building that still complies with the current EC standard. From that moment on Jan De Roy took control of the company.

In 2004, an adjustment and expansion of the production hall took place. Subsequently, in 2018, another expansion and thorough modernization took place following Wim De Roy's entry in the family business. After the death of Filemon De Roy, 2 generations have since been active again in the company.

Supervision and Traceability

The beef that we process is subject to strict internal and external checks during the entire process. In this way, permanent quality can be guaranteed. Freshness and shelf life are also guaranteed to our customers.

Suppliers are carefully selected and only the best cattle are purchased and processed. The company is subject to permanent monitoring by veterinarians from the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC) to ensure quality, safety and traceability of our beef.
